My High school journey has been so far very stressful. Junior year has been so far my most challenging year in high school. It has been extremely different from my last 2 years in high school. I’m taking two AP classes which made my academic classes get extremly difficult this year and it’s been rough staying on pace. My sophomore year I decided to join the cheerleading squad, memories were created and soon found that I enjoyed cheer. I continued to cheer my junior year, as football season passed by and the amount of work I had to do increased it became stressful to do both things at once. A lot has changed from freshmen year to now, from friendships to my educational priorities. I grew close relationships with many but there is one that I will cherish for a life time, I met Jonathan Ventura my sophomore year, he became one of my best friends in a short amount of time. Our friendship is like no other; we’ve bumped heads down the road but still manage to outcome a strong friendship. He’s one of the few I will miss when I head out to college. I have a group of friends that I’ve been close to since 7th grade; Corayma, Brianda, Jaymee, Prisila and Brenda have been my best friends for over 4 years. I have grown strong friendships with each and every one of them. My freshmen year in high school I met Christian Morales he’s been there for me since then, I’ve been able to go to him for advice and know he’ll be there to hear what I have to say and give me the best advice on whatever the topic is. Monique Diaz and I have been friends since we were kids, she’s always been there for me she pushes me to be the best I can in school, she’s one of the few my age I look up to. My walking partner Isaiah Diaz has also become one of my close friends since freshmen year and I’m glad to have him close. I look forward to walking down that football field the day of graduation with him. Mr. Gutiérrez and Mrs. Torres have been two learning facilitators in high school who have gone out of their way to help me out and motivate me to do good in school. One of my most memorable experience’s this year was going to visit UCSantaCruz and CSUMontereyBay with my avid class and getting most improved in cheerleading. I look forward to graduating and experiencing the college life. I hope in the future to attend CSU Monterey Bay and become an Elementary teacher and motivate younger children to do the best they can and pursue their dreams. As my junior year is coming to an end the beginning of my last year in high school is coming sooner than i thought i can say that junior year was a stressful year but managed to pass all my classes and i'm so glad i'm done. I'm extremely excited with what senior has in store for me.
